Orient City's summer tradition, the Hero City Summer Festa.
Even though the hot summer celebration is over, the heroes' festival is far from finished!

A new event is set to be held in the lunar city, Archimedes Colony.
A festival of festivals, gathering and holding celebrations from stars all across the galaxy.
Its name is— "Galaxy Carnival Expo"!

While you're hard at work at a food stall during the Summer Festa, a request from a hero arrives.
It's from the self-proclaimed Orient City's Number One Festival Man and Gunman Cop,
and a Listless-Looking Magician who knows nothing about Japanese festivals.

Accepting the request from these two, you head to the moon to help with the event.
There, you join up with a Young, Energetic Tour Conductor and
begin streaming activities with the heroes to promote Japanese festivals.

From a festival in the city of apparel, to a festival in the city of flowers,
and even a creative festival born from the idea "I want to try a festival like this!"
With the surface of the moon transformed into a hot festival spot,
can the heroes successfully promote Japanese festivals throughout the galaxy!?
